| What started as a small and unassuming song about parents of a child
with Down Syndrome has become nothing less than a phenomenon. Two
decades after its initial release, "Sometimes Miracles Hide" lives on!
Just
as they did when "Sometimes Miracles Hide" was first released, parents
are still facing the unimaginable realities of birthing and caring for
a child with debilitating birth defects. One in every 33 babies born in
the United States each year have a birth defect. One in every 733
children are born with Down Syndrome; More than 350,000 people in the
United States alone have incurable condition. |
Maybe you are the parent of a child with a birth defect. Maybe you know someone who just got "the news." Or maybe you work with an organization that serves this amazing group of children and have discovered that miracles do sometimes hide. Our goal is to connect you with resources to help you find information about your child's situation, and provide you with the opportunity to share your feelings, meet other parents in a similar situation, and discover how God can help you discover the miracles your child was born to bestow on your life.
